Dr. Ruwan Paul is a renowned professional with achievements spanning academics, naval service, and international powerlifting. A graduate of Maris Stella College and CRIST King College, he later earned a degree in Marine Engineering from the University of Hull, England, and an MBA from Monash University, Australia.
As an Executive Commissioned Officer in the Sri Lankan Navy (1987–2001), Dr. Paul was honored as a Justice of the Peace in 1998 and served as Personal Assistant to the Minister of Defence (1996–2001).
