It all began when Dr. Ruwan Paul was at the threshold of his academic journey at Maris Stella College and CRIST King College, where he laid the foundation for lifelong pursuit and excellence.
With this strong educational background, Ruwan pursued graduation as a Marine Engineer from the University of Hull in England and later earned an MBA from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
After his education, Ruwan joined the Sri Lankan Navy and served as an Executive Commissioner Officer from 1987 to 2001. He had an exemplary service and was honored with the title of Justice of the Peace by the President of Sri Lanka in 1998. He also served as Personal Assistant to the Minister of Defence during 1996-2001, acquiring experience in leadership and governance.
