A seasoned Media Professional and Sports Consultant with 27 years of expertise in multi-camera live production, sports journalism, and program management. A former Sri Lanka National Kabaddi Team Captain (1998–2005) with extensive experience in coaching and international sports media coverage. Currently contributing to AusLanka Media Network, Australia, as a Program Production & Direction Support, delivering high-quality television content for the Sri Lankan community.

A recognized leader in sports media and multicultural engagement, with a track record of producing and directing diverse television programs, including sports, women’s, reality, and cultural shows for national networks. Served as a host and commentator for prestigious international sporting events such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, ICC events, Netball World Cup, Asian Games, Football World Cup, and Rugby World Cup.

A member of the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance (Australia) and a former Executive Committee Member of the Professional Sports Journalists Association of Sri Lanka. Passionate about fostering sports culture, mentoring young athletes, and advancing multicultural media representation.

Also an active athlete, currently playing for the Knox City Sports Club Women’s Cricket Team, 2024- 25 Champions.
